The front balcony has a lovely view over the dam and is for the use of all guests. Only Bahamas honeymoon suite and Montego elite suite has a direct dam view. The guesthouse is about 200 m away from the dam with a street and field in between. Please note that single night bookings can not be made over weekends. We have 6 rooms in Total.

| Cancelation Policy: (Will apply upon booking) |
| Bookings will only be confirmed once we have recieved 100% deposit or a travel agent voucher. Cancelations or booking changes made within 30 days (1 month) of arrival will be subjected to a 100% total amount of booking value for total reserved period. Proir to 30 days of arrival will be subjected to a 50% of total booking value for total reserved period. We charge R 200 admin, handling and banking costs in the case of a refund. Any cancelations or changes to the booking has to be made in writing. Guests will be held responsible for breakages, shortage or loss that occurs to furniture, linen & fittings during their stay. |
